They go out do very little research, usually buy the wrong equipment, clean with chemical blends that are not good for the roof and to strong. Because the the added strength of the chemical and lack of experience they end up causing damage to the homeowners property as well has destroying thousands of dollars worth of landscape. You may pay a little more on the service, but you will save a lot of money and aggravation in the long run.
